From listing to setup
Place the order
Add the product to cart. Checkout creates an order ID and a UPI payment link or UPI ID.
Confirm on WhatsApp
Send the order ID after paying. Staff verify the payment in the receiving account; screenshots alone are not treated as proof.
Receive credentials
For account products, supplied credentials and product-specific instructions arrive on WhatsApp.
Follow setup guidance
Follow the current console or launcher steps. Ask support before changing security or sharing details.
Keep the order ID
The ID is needed for tracking, support and eligible warranty requests.
